The Leadership Lowndes Class of 2011 (Community Service Group #2) is hosting the Shake it for Charity on Saturday, Sept. 24, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., in the Lowndes High School “Cooper” Gym. All proceeds go to the following charities: Valdosta-Lowndes County Habitat for Humanity, Jacob’s Ladder Therapeutic Riding Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Golija-A Place for Kids.
